The Short Version
I lost my Golden Doodle, Loki, on January 17th after a 14-month battle with illness. During those months, I used Claude Projects as my care system — uploading every vet record, logging every symptom, tracking every medication. It helped me catch a drug interaction that none of his four vets caught. It helped me give him a year they said he wouldn't have.
After he passed, I used Claude to build the system I wished had existed — not just for me, but for every pet parent managing a sick pet at home alone.

The Name
LOKI stands for Learn, Observe, Know, Intervene. That's exactly what I did for 14 months. Learn what was happening. Observe the patterns. Know when something was changing. Intervene before it was too late.
It's also the name of the best dog I've ever known.
